We worked with the Principal and the Director of Pathways — both new to their roles — at a Title 1 high school in Brownsville, Brooklyn that had a history of negative culture and poor academic outcomes. Within 4 months, we stabilized the school by meaningfully changing leader Beliefs & Behaviors.
