Our Company
Blueprint to Great Schools is a strategic advisory firm that delivers rapid, scalable results by solving gaps in strategic vision, systems, and leadership for PK-12 institutions across the United States. We leverage over 25 years of experience as education leaders whose schools and programs performed in the top 1% of the state and national landscape. We help clients align their Beliefs & Behaviors - the vision, systems, and day-to-day leadership that drive sustained excellence in schooling.
Your Beliefs & Behaviors
You believe in our Core Beliefs and in the theory of action behind the Blueprint.
You see a wide locus of control for yourself, taking ownership over projects and client relationships with a long-term horizon. You are invested in client success, which is the ultimate driver behind client satisfaction.
You communicate with candor and impartiality, proactively identifying risks and obstacles.
You are a problem-solver, seeing simple structural shifts and changes in thinking that can net large and durable gains for school communities.
You believe in building a legacy, measuring your own success by client success that sustains over years and decades.
-
We work with our clients to design, assess, and stress-test their key school design elements, against their institution’s vision for students, families, faculty, and leaders.
High School experience is strongly preferred. This is a hybrid role.
As a Contract-Based Advisor, you own the success of a client engagement from start to finish. With close oversight from our Managing Partners, you set the work plan, lead the team’s day-to-day problem solving, and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations. Your deliverables will meet and raise the bar for quality. You build trusted relationships with school and system leaders, assess where each client stands against the Blueprint, and drive the structural changes that produce meaningful growth and outcomes for our client schools.
Your Qualifications
A track record of achievement in schools and programs.
An ability to problem solve and plan long-term, to create high-quality project scopes that will deliver school design changes at scale.
A Bachelor’s degree or higher.
Compensation
Contract-dependent, but School Design Advisors can earn more than $75,000 per year, depending on experience.
Contractors are not entitled to benefits, but may earn bonuses and be converted to salaried employees based on performance.
-
We work on the ground with school leaders, intensively coaching them on the leadership Beliefs & Behaviors to enable fast academic improvement.
