• We developed a simple, achievable one-year vision for the school, which for the first time, included high-school appropriate KPIs.

Strategic Design & Implementation

• We developed data dashboards to support daily tracking of KPIs.

• We advised on key high school design changes in support of on-time graduation, and student and staff culture.

Leadership Development

• Through regular coaching meetings and in-person observations, we coached the Principal and Director of Pathways to shift their Beliefs & Behaviors.
