Vision Alignment

• Through ongoing 1 × 1s, we investigated how the college counseling team’s individual beliefs - productive or unproductive - supported or detracted from the program’s mission.

• We redesigned KPIs to further define key terms in the program’s vision, connecting access to four-year colleges with access to robust financial aid.

Strategic Design & Implementation

• Backward planning from the KPIs, we designed and executed on a scope and sequence for grades 9-12 college access programming.

• We developed real-time data visualizations that tracked 100% of KPIs.

• We designed org charts for the team that created career advancement opportunities, to further prepare for scaling.
