Karina Germán

Karina joined the Blueprint’s Schooling practice in 2026, supporting schools and their leaders to build rigorous instructional systems and deliver strong academic outcomes. She brings more than a decade of experience across grades 5-12, with leadership roles as a high school principal, dean of academics, and network-level science and mathematics curriculum director.

She earned her BA in Biology from Vassar College, where she was a QuestBridge Scholar. When she’s not on the cover of the New York Post for breaking test records, Karina enjoys spending time with her husband and twins in New Jersey.
